4-Witness-Advocate Rule

A lawyer may represent a law partner in litigation, even if the partner must be a witness (although the LEO summary indicates that the matter is unconnected to the law firm, this does not appear to be a condition to the representation). [Under Rule 3.7(c), this disqualification is not imputed to the lawyer's firm unless there is an actual conflict of interest.]
