12-Withdrawing Lawyers (Including Non-Compete Issues)

It is improper for a law firm to require a withdrawing partner to continue working for the former firm's clients and have all bills submitted to the former firm (which would pass payments along to the former partner after deducting one-third of the payment for "continuing overhead burden within predecessor law firm").
