3-Multiple Representations on the Same Matter

A law firm may represent a hospital and a plaintiff in unrelated or even related matters adverse to a doctor, as long as it can adequately represent all interests and all clients have consented. If one member of the firm is disqualified, the entire firm is disqualified.
