17-Fraud on the Tribunal

A lawyer must advise a client to reveal fraud upon a bankruptcy court (not including certain assets on the bankruptcy petition), and must inform the court of the fraud if the client refuses -- even though the fraud occurred two years earlier in a bankruptcy case.
