17-Fraud on the Tribunal

73-Family Law Lawyers

A lawyer represented a wife in a divorce matter. The wife confessed to adultery, but later testifies -- after the representation is over -- that she did not commit adultery. Since the fraud on the court occurred after the representation was over, the lawyer had no duty to reveal it.
