A lawyer in a divorce case may not prepare pleadings for both parties or for an unrepresented defendant, and likewise may not provide sample forms to an unrepresented defendant. [This LEO was overruled to the extent it is inconsistent with LEO 1112 and Va. Code § 20-99.1:1.]
