2-Adversity to Former Clients

A lawyer who had successfully defended an automobile driver in a manslaughter trial may now represent passengers in a personal injury action against the estate of the other driver, even though the estate has filed a third party action against the lawyer's former client acquitted of manslaughter (the passengers had consented to the representation after full disclosure, and their testimony in the manslaughter trial exonerated their driver).
