4-Witness-Advocate Rule

32-Lawyers Acting in Other Roles (Miscellaneous)

78-Communicating with an Employee of a Corporate Adversary

A lawyer may not send pleadings to the Board of Directors of an adversary's client, even if the lawyer believes that the Board has been misinformed. A lawyer whose partner serves as an escheator may not represent a landowner whose property may be involved, because the partner may be called as a witness.
