31-Protecting and Disclosing Confidences and Secrets

A lawyer who allows a computer maintenance company access to the lawyer's files must ensure that the company establishes reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality of the information in the files, and would be "well-advised" to secure the company's written assurance of confidentiality.
