3-Multiple Representations on the Same Matter

A lawyer represented three defendants in an automobile accident case, and was successful in a demurrer. The plaintiff later sued one of the defendants, and the lawyer represented that defendant in settling the case. The lawyer may not now be adverse to that defendant on behalf of another defendant.
