19-Judge Conflicts

43-Conflicts of Interest - Miscellaneous

Lawyers who represent judges may discount their fees as a professional courtesy if they would do the same for other friends and colleagues. A lawyer appearing before a judge that the lawyer is representing faces a conflict of interest [the Bar does not indicate how to resolve the conflict, but presumably the parties may consent to the judge's handling of the case upon full disclosure.]
