55-Firm Names and Letterhead

A law firm's name may include the names of deceased partners. During the process of a firm dissolving, partners may operate under the old firm name "for the limited purpose of winding up its affairs" while simultaneously practicing under a firm name that includes some of the same names as the old firm.
