44-Conflicts - Miscellaneous

A lawyer attempting to locate former clients to whom trust money is owed may use some of the trust money to compensate an investigator aiding in the search, as long as the compensation is reasonable and explained to the located clients (hiring an investigator is not a necessary step, because "due diligence is all that is required of an attorney trying to locate a client").
