71-Representing Corporations

A lawyer representing a corporation may also represent two of its employees in an action against a third party. If the employees wish to assign part of their recovery to the corporation, the lawyer must obtain consent from all three clients and be able to adequately represent the interests of each in negotiating the assignment.
