A lawyer may not properly advertise that the lawyer will answer all legal questions on a telephone for a period of one year in return for a specific sum, because: not all legal questions can be answered on the telephone without thorough research; the lawyer might not have the expertise to answer some of the questions; and the lawyer might be prohibited from fulfilling the agreement because of a conflict.
