A lawyer may represent the buyer and seller in a real estate transaction as long there is consent after full disclosure. Designating a place of settlement or the tendering of a deed on behalf of a party does not necessarily create an attorney-client relationship. [The lawyer almost surely could not represent either the buyer or the seller if adversity developed between them.]
