3-Multiple Representations on the Same Matter

A lawyer represented a driver and passenger in separate actions against another driver. The lawyer may not defend the client-driver in the third-party motion for judgment brought by the other driver, because the passenger might obtain a judgment against the other driver that ultimately would have to be collected from the lawyer's other client.
