35-Threatening Criminal and Disciplinary Action

Threatening to file a motion for sanctions under Federal Rule 11 or Va. Code § 8.01-271.1 does not violate the prohibition on threatening or filing "disciplinary charges" to gain an advantage in a civil matter.
