3-Multiple Representations on the Same Matter

A lawyer represented both the driver and a passenger in an automobile accident. When the driver was sued in a third-party motion for judgment, the lawyer withdrew from representing the driver. Once the passenger's case is settled, the lawyer may resume representation of the driver as long as the passenger consents after full disclosure.
