2-Adversity to Former Clients

4-Witness-Advocate Rule

A lawyer may represent a client against whom the lawyer had previously filed an adverse claim involved in the same matter, as long as the client consented. The lawyer may continue the representation even if the lawyer must be a witness on an uncontested matter and the opposing party would not offer opposing evidence.
