21-Reporting Another Lawyer's Unethical Conduct

31-Protecting and Disclosing Confidences and Secrets

A lawyer improperly revealed a former client's confidences and secrets by providing a former client's litigation adversary with a complete historical bill detailing and describing services rendered to the former client. If the lawyer knowingly engaged in the disclosure, the breach would raise a substantial question as to the lawyer's fitness to practice law in other respects, and would have to be reported to the Bar.
