20-Government Official Conflicts

A lawyer who is a member of a Board of Supervisors may not represent applicants for loans from an authority appointed by the Board (an Industrial Development Authority) (unlike the lawyer in LEO 243, the lawyer-Board member had appointive power over the Authority).
