77-Communicating with an Individual Adversary

A government lawyer must comply with the rules for communicating with an adversary. If the lawyer does not know if an adversary is represented by counsel, the lawyer must ask whether the adversary wants a lawyer present, and continue the discussion only if the adversary does not.
