Sexual relations with clients may violate the Model Rules and lawyers "would be well advised to refrain from such a relationship." The client's consent to such a relationship "will rarely be sufficient" to eliminate the ethical dangers, and a lawyer whose conduct has been challenged will be called upon to establish that the client consented after full disclosure and was not harmed by the relationship.
