4-Witness-Advocate Rule

A lawyer may not continue representing a client if the lawyer expects to testify about advice to refuse a blood test in connection with a DUI arrest. Depending on the facts, a lawyer may be barred from acting as trial counsel if the lawyer expects to testify about advice given to the client.
