A lawyer may ethically establish a "900" line from which callers may obtain recorded messages with general information about bankruptcy matters, as long as each message includes a statement that: "the message is general information only and not legal advice, and which cautions the listener against trying to solve problems based on the message's general information"; the caller will be charged for the call; the call includes an advertising message; and "there are substantial limitations as to the content's information, as it is of general applicability."
