73-Family Law Lawyers

A lawyer may not represent a mother seeking custody of her child currently in the custody of another couple when the lawyer earlier represented the other couple in adopting another child of the same mother, because the matters are substantially related and it is presumed that the lawyer learned confidences from the couple that could now be used to their disadvantage.
