4-Witness-Advocate Rule

The witness-advocate rule prohibits a law firm from handling an appeal in a case in which one of the law firm's partners testified at trial. [This LEO was overruled by Rule 3.7(c), under which such disqualification is not imputed to the lawyer's firm unless there is an actual conflict of interest.]
