10-Former Government Lawyer Conflicts

A bankruptcy judge's law clerk may join a firm handling a matter on which the law clerk worked, as long as the clerk is screened. Such a screen would be required (because of the appearance of impropriety) even if all parties consented to the firm's representation without the screen.
