54-Insurance Defense Lawyers

A lawyer hired by a plaintiff's insurer to file a grounds of defense and interrogatories on behalf of an uninsured defendant may not (after the case is settled) then file a subrogation action on behalf of the insurer against the defendant, even if the lawyer never interviewed the defendant.
