25-Dealing with Unrepresented People

27-Litigation Tactics (Including Misrepresentations, Tape Recordings)

A lawyer may assist a pro se litigant in preparing pleadings, although such assistance establishes an attorney-client relationship and the lawyer' help might have to be revealed under the rules of some courts. [overruled to the extent it is inconsistent with LEO 1874 (7/28/14), which explained that the ethics rules do not prohibit undisclosed assistance to a pro se litigant, but some courts forbid it]
